Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring our systems run efficiently to support our mission of delivering exceptional financial services.
What you will do
- Manage and optimize operational workflows and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures
- Support customer service operations and resolve escalated issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Experience with financial services or FinTech industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
