Nina Gademan in the F1 Academy
Nina Gademan is a Dutch racing driver competing in the F1 Academy, the international development series widely recognized as a key stepping stone toward Formula 1. Nina Gademan will return to Alpine for the 2026 F1 Academy season, racing the MP Motorsport-operated car.
A highlight of her career came at Zandvoort, where Nina won her first F1 Academy race on her 22nd birthday in front of her home crowd. This victory underscores her talent and rapid development within a highly competitive field.
Sim racing for relaxation and enjoyment
Alongside track racing, Nina primarily uses sim racing as a form of relaxation. Rather than following strict training routines, she enjoys casual races with friends, embracing the competitive yet social side of sim racing. This approach highlights how sim racing can combine fun, camaraderie, and occasional competitive intensity.
Her experience demonstrates that sim racing is not only a professional training tool, but also a way for drivers to stay connected to racing and experience the thrill of competition outside the circuit.
