How will my order be shipped?

When you place an order on the Playseat® website, we aim to deliver your product as quickly and safely as possible.

We work with trusted shipping partners such as FedEx, UPS, PostNL, DHL, and other reputable carriers. The carrier and shipping method are selected based on the product, delivery address, package size, reliability, and destination.

Some Playseat® products are large or heavy and may be shipped in multiple boxes or by a carrier suitable for larger parcels. If your order contains multiple items, these may be delivered separately.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to selected countries. The available shipping countries and shipping options will be shown during checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately not able to ship to your location at this time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout before you complete your order.

The final shipping costs may depend on the delivery country, product size, product weight, number of packages, and selected shipping method.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order has been placed, it enters our order processing system. Your order is reviewed and prepared for shipment at our warehouse.

We strive to dispatch orders within 48 hours on business days, provided the product is in stock and there are no payment, address, or order-related issues.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery country, location, product type, and carrier.

Estimated delivery times are shown where available and are intended as an indication only. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, peak periods, customs procedures, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to deliver your order within the expected timeframe, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

The tracking link allows you to follow the progress of your shipment and view the estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order.

Playseat® is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Failed delivery or uncollected packages

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may offer a new delivery attempt or deliver the package to a pickup location. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the carrier’s delivery instructions and collect the package within the carrier’s stated timeframe.

If a package is returned to Playseat® because it was not collected, refused without valid reason, or could not be delivered, additional shipping or return costs may be deducted from any refund or charged before reshipment.

Damaged shipment

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend that you note this with the carrier where possible and contact us as soon as possible.

If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and product.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable.

For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise during checkout.
