Playseat® F1® 75 Years Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Promoter: Playseat® B.V., Innovatieweg 18, 7007CD Doetinchem, The Netherlands (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Promoter”).
By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning.
The Terms of Use of www.playseat.com apply to your use of the website.
1. WHO CAN ENTER
1.1 Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open only to individuals who:
a) Are at least 18 years old, or, where the age of majority in their country of residence is above 18, are of the age of majority;
b) Have access to the internet and an Instagram and/or Facebook account;
c) Are residents of the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States of America, or Canada (excluding Quebec), provided that participation and the Prize are not prohibited by applicable local laws.
1.2 Exclusions
The Prize Draw is not open to:
a) Employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter, their group companies, freelance contributors, or family members;
b) Public officials as defined under applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws;
c) Residents of countries subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union, including Russia and Belarus;
d) Residents of Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Quebec (Canada), or any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law.
1.3 Proof of Eligibility
By entering, you confirm you are eligible under these Terms. We may require reasonable proof of age or residency to verify eligibility.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 Prize Draw Period
The Prize Draw opens at 16:00 CET on 16 February 2026 and closes at 16:00 CET on 6 March 2026. Entries outside this period are invalid.
2.2 Entry Method
To enter, participants must during the Prize Draw Period:
a) Follow Playseat® on Instagram and/or Facebook;
b) Like designated Prize Draw post on Instagram and/or Facebook;
c) Leave a comment on the post.
No tagging of other users or sharing of the post is required. Only one (1) entry per person/Instagram/Facebook account is permitted. Multiple entries from the same account will count as a single entry.
2.3 Winner Contact
The winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message (DM). The winner will be asked to provide valid contact details to claim the Prize. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (see Paragraph 5.2).
2.4 No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter.

2.6 Technical Issues
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or failed entries due to technical issues. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
3. PRIZE
3.1 Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive a Prize consisting of:
One (1) Playseat® Formula Intelligence racing simulator with a “75 Years of Formula 1®” custom livery;
One (1) Logitech G PRO Steering Wheel;
One (1) Logitech G RS Track Wheel;
One (1) Logitech G PRO Pedals.
3.2 Included Costs
The Prize includes the items above as well as standard shipping and applicable import duties/customs charges to deliver the Prize to the winner.
3.3 Taxes
The Promoter covers import duties. The winner is responsible for any applicable personal income taxes or reporting obligations in their country of residence.
3.4 Estimated Value
Approximate retail value: EUR €5,000. This is indicative and may vary by location or market. No difference in value shall be paid in cash.
3.5 Non-Transferable
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. We, as Playseat® B.V., expect the winner to not sell or give away the prize or parts thereof on a marketplace or other online platforms.
3.6 Substitution
If the Prize or any component becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value.
3.7 Personal Use
The Prize is for personal use. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Dutch or EU consumer law.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
4.1 Number of Winners
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. Chance of winning depends on the number of valid entries.
4.2 Draw Method
The draw will be conducted using a random computer-generated selection process no later than 6 March 2026.
4.3 Winner Notification
Winner notified via Instagram or Facebook DM. After notification, the winner may be asked to provide an email address to claim the Prize. Must be 18+.
4.4 Non-Response / Forfeiture
If the winner does not respond or follow claim instructions within three (3) calendar days, the Prize is forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected using the same procedure.
4.5 Invalid or Declined Prize
If the winner declines the Prize or entry is invalid/breaches these Terms, the Prize is forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
4.6 Final Decision
The outcome of the Prize Draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw or notification.
4.7 Proof of Winner
Proof of valid selection may be requested from Playseat® B.V. at support@playseat.com referencing “F1® 75 Years Giveaway”.
5. PUBLICITY AND YOUR DATA
5.1 Publicity Consent
By entering, the winner consents to the use by Playseat® B.V. and its affiliated companies of their name, image, voice, and any photographs or video footage for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, including online and social media, without additional compensation or prior notice.
If local law prohibits a perpetual publicity release as a condition of winning, such restrictions shall apply.
5.1(a) Submission of Media
The winner agrees to provide, at Playseat® B.V.’s reasonable request, one or more photographs or videos showing the Prize in use or displayed. The winner grants Playseat® B.V. and its affiliated companies the right to use, reproduce, and publish such photographs or videos for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media, including online, social media, and advertising materials, without additional compensation.
The winner shall provide the requested media within a reasonable timeframe, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s discretion.
5.2 Use of Personal Data
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy: https://www.playseat.com/pages/privacy-policy. Data will be used for administering the Prize Draw, delivering the Prize, and marketing where consent is given. Third parties fulfilling the Prize may receive necessary details for delivery.
5.3 Marketing Communications
Where you have consented, your details may be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. MISCELLANEOUS
6.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Playseat® B.V. and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment incurred as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize, except where liability arises from:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by us; or
liability which cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
6.2 Modification or Cancellation
We may modify, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including suspected or actual fraud. We will endeavour, where reasonably possible, to award the Prize fairly among unaffected entries.
6.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to comply with these Terms due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial action, war, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, or any other force majeure recognized under Dutch law.
6.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and the Prize Draw are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Dutch or EU law.
