What is our return policy?

At Playseat®, we aim to make returns as fair and hassle-free as possible. We offer a 30-day return period, during which most items can be returned for any reason*, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team to obtain return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

How to return an item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@playseat.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our team will guide you through the return process, provide return instructions, and confirm whether your return is eligible. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as this may delay or prevent your refund.


Non-defective items (change of mind or incorrect order)

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may return non-defective items within 30 days for a refund.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • A restocking fee of up to 35% may apply

  • Upon request, Playseat® may provide a flat-rate return shipping label for $10.00, which will be deducted from the refund

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.


Non-defective large items (change of mind or incorrect order)

For non-defective large or freight items, the same return conditions apply. However:

  • The customer is responsible for all return freight costs

  • Freight costs typically range from $50.00 to $500.00, depending on size and location

  • A restocking fee of up to 35% may be deducted from the refund

Always contact us before returning large items.


Large item returns (defective or damaged items)

Due to the nature and cost of shipping heavy items, additional conditions apply.

Please carefully inspect all large or freight deliveries before signing the delivery receipt. Freight handling charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt

  • Refuse the delivery if possible

  • Contact Playseat® immediately to report the issue

If damage is not noted at delivery and the item is accepted, you may be responsible for return freight costs.

In some cases, where a damaged product can be reasonably repaired, Playseat® may choose to provide replacement parts or technical assistance instead of requiring a full return.

You will be responsible for additional freight costs in the following situations:

  • You miss a scheduled delivery appointment

  • You refuse or return an item that is not damaged or defective


Important exceptions

Risk-free reconditioned items

Reconditioned items sold by Playseat® are offered with a 90-day return period. All other return conditions described in this policy apply unless stated otherwise.


Packing and sending your return

When returning an item, please ensure that:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • All original accessories, parts, manuals, and documentation are included

  • The item is properly and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Returns missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation may be subject to a restocking fee.


Restocking fees

To help keep our prices competitive, a restocking fee of up to 35% may be applied in the following situations:

  • Non-defective merchandise

  • Merchandise that shows signs of use or wear

  • Orders refused or returned without authorization

  • Returns shipped back more than 30 days after delivery (unless explicitly authorized)

  • Returns not resulting from defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items

Please note that some items shipped directly from the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee regardless of condition.


Warranty and parts information

After 30 days, purchases made from Playseat® are no longer eligible for return under this policy. After this period, products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
