How will my order be shipped?

When you place an order on the Playseat® website, we aim to deliver your product as quickly and safely as possible, wherever you are located. To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we work with trusted international shipping partners such as FedEx, UPS, PostNL, DHL, and other reputable carriers. The shipping method is selected based on speed, reliability, and destination.


When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system. Your order is reviewed by our team and prepared for shipment at our warehouse, where it is carefully packaged to ensure safe transport.

We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your country, location, and the carrier handling your shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your shipment until delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs procedures.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link by email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and view the estimated delivery date. If you experience any issues or have questions regarding tracking, our team is happy to assist you.
