Q: CAN I ORDER SPARE PARTS FOR MY PLAYSEAT® PRODUCT?
A: Unfortunately not, we are unable to sell spare parts for our products at the moment.
We are currently exploring options to make (some) spare parts available for our customers. However, this process will take some time.
Q: WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDED LENGTH AND WEIGHT FOR THE DRIVER OF A PLAYSEAT® COCKPIT?
A: The recommended length of the user: Minimum 120cm / 47 inches - Maximum 220cm / 87 inches and the recommended weight of the user: Minimum 20kg / 44 LBS - Maximum 120kg / 269 LBS
